Regional Director of Sales Channels

Developing a successful sales strategy for Asia markets requires a seasoned professional with expertise in distributor management, market analysis, and stakeholder communication.
About the Role
- Spearhead distributor relationships and strategic partnerships across Asia markets.
- Conduct product training, develop pricing strategies, and set service standards for distributors.
- Oversee distribution agreements, including product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain regional know-how on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positions.
- Create tailored channel management strategies for each country and region.
- Monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and meet designated sales targets for the region.
- Manage the regional Profit & Loss (P&L) statement to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional P&L.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in Taiwan, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
About You
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with additional languages a plus.
