About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Channel Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners to support our channel strategy.

  • Support the Distribution Account Manager in driving and supporting distributor sales to 2nd tier partners, achieving sales targets set for named partners;
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Account Manager to drive and support the distributor's sales team in identifying and developing a pool of potential key accounts and authorized partners for Axis.

You will handle incoming sales calls, manage the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualify authorized partners. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.
