Classy Wheeler Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Regional Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead the sales team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in regional MPLS, Unified Communications, managed Video Conferencing, network optimization, managed security solutions, infrastructure integration, etc. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience in account management in the Telco or system integrators industries, with a minimum of 3 years in team leading functions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing a team. They will also have a proven ability to collaborate with different cross-functional teams in various units located in different countries. Additionally, they must be able to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports, and be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the delivery of results and customer experience.
  • Build pipelines and develop strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share.
  • Collaborate with other functions and business groups to ensure sound business judgement for potential business growth and partnership opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members to drive business growth and oversee their career progression.
  • Identify and groom potential successors to key positions within the team.
  • Aggressively generate and pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets assigned.
  • Negotiate with customers at a senior management/director level.
