Job Summary
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
- Adapt to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry, including team management experience.
- Welcome from other financial industries, such as insurance, equity, or property.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
