Job Description

As a Commercial Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our commercial growth and expansion into new markets. Your expertise will help us to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and increase revenue streams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports to bring in new leads or businesses.
  • Managing events from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Working closely with various counterparts across the organization to ensure good planning, smooth handshaking, and management follow-through each event.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality/Hotel and Catering Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and commercial experience in event management, preferably in the MICE industry.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
