About This Opportunity

The Account Executive will report directly to the Account Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting the account management and operational requirements of the APAC Product team. This position necessitates the development of robust relationships within the organization while thoroughly understanding the objectives and internal workflows. A high level of organization and attention to detail regarding projects and products is essential. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Merchant Accounts, to assist with sales-related activities and operational tasks associated with fintech products.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Account Manager in managing Hong Kong merchants and ensuring efficient product launches in the APAC region.
  • Support the launch of new products or merchants, marketing initiatives, and other new projects.
  • Conduct all product setup activities, utilizing and maintaining multiple databases to manage product attributes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Product Add Launch Processes, coordinating and overseeing Product Add Projects, including project entry, planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of work items.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders promptly, employing scheduling and forecasting to minimize escalations.
  • Collaborate with key international resource functions to manage projects from inception to completion, adhering to technical processes to ensure timely product launches. Track and document issues for quarterly reviews.
  • Engage with International Operations team counterparts to ensure alignment in roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with Asia Pacific Account Managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a master database of regional product information, overseeing data inventory and reordering processes.
  • Manage the inventory of test cards for all active Asia Pacific products, including stock budgeting and forecasting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or a related industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong desire for success.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative team player with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to ask questions for clarity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
