About This Role

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the account management and operational requirements of the APAC Product team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with fostering robust multi-layered relationships internally while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our objectives and internal processes. A high level of organization and attention to detail regarding project and product specifics will be essential. You will collaborate closely with all team members, including Marketing, Operations, and Merchant Account teams, to assist with sales-related activities and operational tasks associated with fintech products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Account Manager to assist with merchant management and efficient product launches in the APAC region.
  • Support the launch of new products or merchants, marketing initiatives, and other new projects.
  • Oversee all product setup activities, utilizing and maintaining multiple databases to obtain and update product attributes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Product Add Launch Processes, coordinating and managing Product Add Projects, including project entry, planning, scheduling, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders promptly, using scheduling and forecasting to minimize escalations.
  • Collaborate with key international resource functions to manage projects from start to finish and adhere to technical processes for timely product launches. Track and document issues for quarterly reviews.
  • Work with International Operations team counterparts to ensure role commonality and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with Asia Pacific Account Managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a master database of regional product information, managing data inventory and reordering processes.
  • Oversee Test card inventory for all active Asia Pacific products, managing stock budgeting and forecasts.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or a related industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong desire for success.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented, collaborative team player with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical skills and a willingness to ask questions for clarity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic business environment.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with effective task prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
