  • Keep up to date in knowledge of content sets and build industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards.
  • Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the covered content sets.
  • Help leadership in managing queue and review team production.
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts as a means to actively track information on the covered content sets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification or experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
