We are RYDU Ltd., an innovative automotive start-up company that has been shaping the electric mobility landscape since 2018. As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team and help drive our growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Sales Generation

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through market research and lead generation.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to present our electric mobility solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of leads and actively following up to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Relationship Building

  • Establishing strong relationships with our existing portfolio of clients and understanding their business needs.
  • Providing tailored solutions based on client requirements and conducting product demonstrations to showcase our electric mobility solutions.

Sales Closure and Revenue Generation

  • Negotiating sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales deals.
  • Closing sales deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential sales opportunities and market segments.
  • Providing feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and providing insights on sales performance.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and action plans.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a B2B Sales or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese written and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Previous experience dealing with Corporate Clients.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or electric mobility solutions is a plus.
