Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of Commercial Card Sales objectives, including volumes, contributions, operational expenses, credit management, controls, and other key performance indicators, while overseeing the customer and territory portfolio in the B2B sector.
  • Manage the daily sales process, encompassing contracting, credit assessments, payment conditions, pricing strategies, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
  • Formulate and execute business plans, programs, and projects related to Commercial Card sales as assigned.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits, to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management regarding account status and sales strategies.
  • Oversee the commercial card sales initiative.
  • Define the card product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Establish pricing structures and discount programs, including retailer fees.
  • Coordinate implementation strategies across Card Operations, Pricing, Retail Sales, Brand, and external card providers.
  • Ensure the overall effectiveness of the sales program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science from an accredited institution.
  • Experience and a solid understanding of retail, services, or new business development.
  • Proven sales abilities, preferably in a commercial or industrial customer environment.
  • Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence within a team or workgroup.
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
