B2B Fleet Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at RYDU Ltd. in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the fleet industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance to the management team.
- A minimum of one year of experience in B2B sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Previous experience dealing with corporate clients and a strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate sales contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry or electric mobility solutions.
