Job Title: Assistant Manager, Global Sales Operations

Shangri-La Group is a global leader in luxury hospitality with a unique Asian heritage. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Global Sales Operations to support our Hotels and Regions in the effective use of sales tools, systems, programs, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Hotels, Regions, and Global Sales Operations teams in the usage of sales tools and systems, including Delphi, Sales Performance Tool, and Quotation Tool.
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve cases received via the Sales Helpdesk in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training for Hotels, Regions, and Global Sales Operations teams to ensure proper usage of sales tools and systems.
  • Perform ongoing user management for Delphi, Sales Performance Tool, Quotation Tool, and other required systems.
  • Conduct regular audits on sales systems usage, data entry standards, and program compliance across sales systems, including Delphi, Salesforce, and B360.
  • Participate in B2B profile mapping and synchronization across Delphi-B360-Salesforce on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide support for the launch of sales initiatives, such as SPT/SIT/QT enhancements, BTP expansion, B2B profile synchronization, and Delphi-B360 interface.
  • Automate manual approval processes via MS Forms and Power Automate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales departments and preferably 3+ years in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Delphi, and Salesforce.
  • Fast learner and good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
