About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Snaphunt. As a B2B Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through strategic business development and relationship-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and actively follow up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our electric mobility solutions.
- Sales Closure and Revenue Generation
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales deals.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and market segments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
- Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and action plans.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a B2B Sales or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese written and verbal communication skills is required to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Previous experience dealing with Corporate Clients.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or electric mobility solutions is a plus.
