About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Snaphunt. As a B2B Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through strategic business development and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and cold outreach.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Maintain a pipeline of leads and actively follow up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our electric mobility solutions.
  • Sales Closure and Revenue Generation
    • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales deals.
    • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and market segments.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Sales Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales performance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and action plans.
    • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a B2B Sales or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese written and verbal communication skills is required to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Previous experience dealing with Corporate Clients.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or electric mobility solutions is a plus.
