Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute the B2B marketing strategy tailored for the Hong Kong market, encompassing events, account-based marketing initiatives, content creation, and digital marketing to achieve business goals. Collaborate with both internal and external partners to effectively implement marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Create and revise sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, sales kits, and other collateral as necessary. Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics, compile reports, and provide insights to enhance future marketing strategies. Assist in marketing operations, including procurement, onboarding new suppliers, and ensuring compliance processes with marketing agencies/suppliers. Engage closely with various internal teams across sales, product/solutions, customer service, finance, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations. 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing; a background in event management (both in-person and virtual formats) is advantageous. Familiarity with Marketing Automation Software (e.g., Marketo) and SalesForce is preferred. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong bilingual copywriting skills. Able to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, is a team player, well-organized, and possesses effective problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Exhibits strong organizational and project management capabilities. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the roles of Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager.
