Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of Commercial Card Sales performance targets, including volumes, contributions, operational expenses, credit management, controls, and other key performance indicators, while overseeing the customer and territory portfolio within the B2B sector.
  • Manage the daily sales operations, including contracting, credit assessments, payment terms, pricing strategies, invoicing, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Formulate and execute business plans, programs, and projects related to Commercial Card sales as assigned.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients.
  • Initiate engagement with prospective clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person visits to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to sales management regarding account status and strategic sales planning.
  • Oversee the commercial card sales initiative.
  • Define the card product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Set pricing structures and discount programs, including retailer fees.
  • Coordinate implementation strategies across various departments including Card Operations, Pricing, Retail Sales, Brand Management, and external card providers.
  • Ensure the overall effectiveness of the sales program.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or Science from an accredited institution.
  • Experience and a solid understanding of retail, services, or new business development.
  • Proven sales capabilities, ideally with experience in selling to commercial or industrial clients.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to influence colleagues within a team or workgroup.
  • Key leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in English, along with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a collaborative approach.
