ExxonMobil in ChinaExxonMobil has a rich history in China, beginning in 1892 when its predecessor, Standard Oil, started marketing kerosene for lighting Chinese homes. Today, our business operations in China encompass the entire industry spectrum, from upstream to downstream, chemicals, and technology.

Your Responsibilities- Achieve objectives related to Commercial Card Sales stewardship (volumes, contributions, operational expenses, credit, controls, and other KPIs), with overall accountability for the customer/territory portfolio in the B2B sector.
- Manage daily sales processes: contracting, credit, payment terms, pricing, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute business plans, programs, and projects for Commercial Card sales as assigned.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline of potential customers.
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels to expand sales opportunities.
- Provide sales management with updates on accounts and sales strategies.
- Oversee the commercial card sales program, including:
- Defining the card product and marketing strategy.
- Setting card pricing and discount structures, including retailer fees.
- Coordinating implementation efforts across various departments.
- Ensuring the overall effectiveness of the program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science from a recognized institution.
- Experience and understanding of retail/services/new business development.
- Strong sales capabilities, preferably with experience in commercial or industrial sales.
- Proficient in customer relationship management.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies.
- Proficient in English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
