**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Greater China team and drive commercial growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the Greater China Sales Team, creating a high-performance culture that drives sales growth and excellence.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that identifies new areas of business growth and implements new product go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned, and marketing activity is optimized to deliver sales leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying and pursuing opportunities that are attractive and can be won, while retaining existing business and maximizing upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee bids and tenders' activity, reviewing client feedback and market intelligence to drive improvements in process and increased conversion rates.
  • Lead the daily sales operations, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance to governance procedures and policies.
  • Develop and agree baseline performance targets with the Finance Director, in line with agreed business strategy and wider BSI performance expectations.
  • Manage the accurate creation and timely reporting of business sales performance, ensuring accurate usage of SFDC to optimize activity and develop the pipeline reporting.
  • Maintain a balanced sales portfolio, supporting the successful launch of new products and services.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with the wider Sales organization within BSI, including the Assurance stream and Commercial/Key Account team, to optimize Sales activity and share best practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the business strategy and multi-year plan, providing commercial thought leadership.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years sales leadership experience, managing a sizeable team.
  • Good command of Mandarin and English required.
  • Proven sales leadership experiences, with a proven record of exceeding targets and a positive attitude.
  • Exemplify a high level of compliance in accordance with business requirements.
  • Able to communicate, present, and influence at all levels within an organization, including C-level.
  • Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance, and development.
  • Self-discipline with good planning and organizing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with working under pressure.
  • Result-driven.
  • Analytical in data, clear, and open-minded.
  • Strong ethics and discipline.
  • A willingness to embrace and lead change in an exciting innovative business.
