About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President - Institutional Sales for Greater China to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing the sales strategy for all markets in Greater China, driving sales results, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver positive net sales and enhance the prominence and perception of the Franklin Templeton brand in the institutional market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Greater China region
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying and developing new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to address client-specific goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory developments that may impact institutional markets in the region
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development roles within asset management firms
  • Technical depth and understanding across a wide range of asset classes, including fixed income, equity alternatives, solutions, and digital strategies
  • A robust network of relationships with Greater China institutional asset owners
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in the Greater China institutional market
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
