About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director, China Sales, Institutional Business. This is a key role that will involve designing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key market segments and opportunities in China and Macau.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and asset expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Represent HSBC in external conferences and events to promote our brand and services.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of relevant asset management experience.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of China regulations and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
