About the Role

WilsonHCG Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Institutional Sales Director to join their team. As a key member of the HK & China institutional sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in Hong Kong and Macau, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, family offices, and corporates.
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing plans to promote a wide range of investment strategies to institutional clients.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists and Portfolio Managers to coordinate client pitches and roadshows.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in financial product sales, with a strong track record of success in raising funds from institutional clients.
  • Strong technical and product knowledge, with a focus on alternative products.
  • Excellent sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin a plus.
