Kerry Freight (HK) Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our freight management efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and excel in a dynamic environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director with a strong background in sales and marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer interactions, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as sales and marketing management, business, or related disciplines. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in freight management or logistics operations, you will be well-versed in industry practices and able to provide expert guidance to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum profitability against mutually agreed targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage customer interactions, generate sales leads, and close deals through effective prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and relationship-building.
  • Business Development: Identify and exploit new sales opportunities, liaise with overseas offices and agents to generate new business prospects, and establish partnerships to enhance business potential.
  • Proposal and Quotation: Prepare high-quality proposals and quotations for customers, showcasing our expertise and competitive advantages.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Sales and Marketing Management, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight management or logistics operations.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, multitask, and achieve results-oriented goals.
Compensation and Benefits

Our company offers a highly competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary of HKD $120,000 - 180,000, we also provide attractive benefits, including bonuses, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
