We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Greater China team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial leadership and sales excellence to the sales team, focusing on the BSI Assurance business in Greater China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Greater China Sales Team, creating an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategic plan, identifying new areas of business growth and implementing go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned, and optimize marketing activity to deliver sales leads.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, qualifying and pursuing opportunities, and retaining existing business and maximising upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee bids and tenders' activity, reviewing client feedback and market intelligence to drive improvements in process and increased conversion rates.
  • Lead the daily sales operations, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance to governance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years sales leadership experience and management of a sizeable team.
  • Good command in Mandarin and English required.
  • Proven sales leadership experiences, with a proven record of exceeding targets, aggressive and positive attitude.
  • Exemplify a high level of compliance in accordance with the business requirements.
  • Able to communicate, present and influence at all levels within an organization.
