JLL is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive our residential business in Greater China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with our global brand vision.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy for Greater China, working closely with our global marketing teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Work directly with developer clients to devise and oversee marketing strategies, acting as the ultimate sign-off.
  • Manage a large team across multiple locations, navigating a complex corporate structure.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to campaign planning and Salesforce adoption across the team.
  • Maintain and evolve our reporting mechanics to ensure robust internal and client reports.
  • Manage agency relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
  • Analyse and interpret marketing data to craft recommendations and proposals for stakeholders and clients.
  • Build relationships with central marketing and sales functions to align on marketing plans and utilise central resources.
  • Foster relationships with local and international sales teams to ensure clear customer journeys and hand-off points.
  • Work closely with our product team to devise tech stack requirements and evolve our marketing channels.
  • Act as the brand guardian for the region, working with the central brand team to deliver a globally defined but locally nuanced approach to always-on marketing.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong and China marketing tactics and buyers' behaviour.
  • 'Can-do' attitude with drive and ability to manage multiple tasks at once while working to tight timeframes.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment of change and transformation.
  • Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and navigating complex corporate structures.
  • Ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with senior business stakeholders, clients, and marketing colleagues.
  • Understanding of cross-cultural nuances, consumer behaviours, and marketing channel preferences.
  • Data-driven insight capabilities and understanding.
  • Mandarin, Cantonese, and English speaking is a necessity.
  • Experience managing agencies and providing clear briefs and objectives.
  • Experience overseeing budgets and evaluating ROI.
