Job Title: Managing Director, Credit Risk, Greater China

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve large corporate banking credit applications in the Greater China region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the business unit to collect and analyze relevant information, providing insights to inform credit decisions.
  • Participate in customer visits and due diligence checks to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and credit risk teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in credit risk management and analysis, preferably in a large corporate banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk indicators, economic factors, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
