At Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of retail credit risk management and credit quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Credit Strategies: Develop and implement credit strategies to facilitate the credit process workflow related to approval and compliance issues.
  • Monitor Credit Quality: Assist in monitoring changes in the quality of retail credit assets, and decide on appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • Support Frontline Credit Business: Support frontline to carry out credit business in compliance with the Bank's credit policies and guidelines.
  • Approve Credit Applications: Provide recommendation and approve the credit application within the certain authority.
  • Develop Credit Related Projects: Develop credit related projects, products and program.
  • Improve Risk Management Knowledge: Improve risk management knowledge within department by providing training and consultancy support.
  • Implement Application Scorecards: Implement application scorecards in NBSM.
  • Ensure Documentation and Control Measures: Ensure all necessary documentation and NBSM control measures are in place.
Requirements:
  • University Degree: University Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in credit / financial analysis.
  • Credit Sense and Communication Skills: Good credit sense / credit judgment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Microsoft Office: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
