Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to VIP patrons
  • Maintain the lounge's operations, including ferry ticketing and providing excellent services to VIP patrons
  • Complete daily reports in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with customer-related bookings, enquiries, and issues

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  • Knowledge of casino or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift duty
