About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the lounge's operations, including ferry ticketing and providing excellent services to VIP patrons
- Complete daily reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with customer-related bookings, enquiries, and issues
Requirements
">- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Knowledge of casino or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shift duty
