Key Relationship Developer

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our distribution network to achieve sales targets and build strategic partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams. You should also have a strong understanding of the channel recruitment and development process, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development;
- Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams;
- Proficient in multi-task management and problem-solving;
- Sales-driven mindset.
