We are currently seeking a skilled Sales & Account Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client relationships within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth within the BFSI sector by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align tailored staffing solutions accordingly.

Project Execution:

  • Manage Statement of Work (SOW) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful staffing fulfillment and workforce management.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to align with both client and company objectives.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
