As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve pre-set service standards and ensuring smooth operation. Your expertise in assessing various types of insurance claims, setting up Claims Guidelines for new products, and preparing Claims Manual as needed will be invaluable to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support the team to achieve pre-set service standards and ensure smooth operation.
  • Assess various types of insurance claims.
  • Set up Claims Guidelines for new products and prepare Claims Manual as needed.
  • Work with auditors for claims audits.
  • Participate in system design and testing.
  • Handle claims-related inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide training to internal staff and agencies.
  • Offer coaching and training to subordinates.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist supervisors with projects assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • University graduate with 6 years of experience in claims within the life insurance industry, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure while meeting challenges.
  • Good command of both written Chinese and English.
