Claims Resolution Specialist

The Claims Team is the proven problem solver of choice for clients, delivering consistent technical excellence and showcasing our service differentiation. We take pride in delivering responsive, fair, and professional service with empathy and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities as a Claims Resolution Specialist will include:
- Managing key claims handling enquiries; coverage determination, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessment within authority limits.
- Working with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on complex claims.
- Developing communication for internal stakeholders, where required.
- Striving for continuous improvement on claim file handling through feedback and support from Quality Assurance Review processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense.
- Consistent proactive claims handling on an ongoing basis, including initial file review, investigations, liability, negotiations, and settlement.
- Effective communication of key complex claims and portfolio messages to internal stakeholders.
