Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Claims Manager to join our team at Chevalier Insurance Company Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of claims handlers, handling complex claims and litigation cases, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage and supervise a team of claims handlers to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
  • Handle complex claims and litigation cases, including direct settlement negotiations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases.
