Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of claims handlers to achieve targets and objectives.
- Handle and resolve complex claims, including direct settlement negotiations and litigation cases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on claims performance and trends.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Degree holder with professional certifications such as ANZIIF/ACII.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in EC and casualty cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
