Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising subordinates to handle insurance claims, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation. You will also handle and manage litigation and direct settlement cases, provide quality customer service to clients, and assist the Claims Manager in preparing management reports and statistics for review.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases; supervisory and management experience is required
  • Possess relevant legal knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and fluent in Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong career-minded, enthusiastic, able to work independently and under pressure
