Work with the business to identify the organisation's strengths and weaknesses, suggest areas for improvement, and define integrated business solutions for Operations Department and internal and external entities.Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases, and draft proposals for review by the Business Analyst Manager before presenting to the appropriate stakeholders for approval and signoff.Work with project and programme management to contribute to project briefs, project initiation documents (PIDs), and project documentation, when assigned by Manager.Assist in producing test plans and scenarios on behalf of the business and execute the UAT test plan as provided by the Business Analyst Manager to ensure that product and processes are acceptable with minimal risk and all acceptance criteria that were presented in the User Requirements have been fulfilled and signoff by relevant business users before deployment into the production environment.Assist in creating training materials and documentation for future business processes, business solutions, and operating models and deliver training on these.Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of the sector, current business analysis, and IT techniques and tools.Carry out all duties with regards to Bupa's policies and procedures.Qualifications, Training and Experience:University degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant disciplines.2 – 3 years of relevant experience.Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, PMP) (Desirable).Previous project experience in Medical Insurance claims will be an asset.Bupa offers 5 days' work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefits, dental benefits, annual leave, examination leave, etc.Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
