Claims Resolution Expert

The Claims Team is comprised of experienced professionals who deliver technical excellence and showcase our service differentiation to create an unparalleled global claims handling experience. Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we take pride in delivering responsive, fair, and professional service with empathy and efficiency.
How You Will Create an Impact:
- Manage key claims handling enquiries; coverage determination, quantum analysis, and legal liability assessment within authority limits and provide high-quality customer service.
- Work with Team Manager/Senior Adjuster to ensure effective vendor and litigation management on complex claims within your personal allocation.
- Develop communication for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Strive for continuous improvement on claim file handling through feedback and support from the Quality Assurance Review process.
- Contribute to the maintenance of best practice procedures for complex claims consistent with global best practices.
- Demonstrate a basic standard of technical claims competence for handling moderate to lower complexity complex claims.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Timely, accurate, and customer-focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure, and mitigating vendor and legal expense.
- Consistent proactive claims handling on an ongoing basis, including initial file review, investigations, liability, negotiations, and settlement, and litigation management.
- Effective communication of key complex claims and portfolio messages to internal stakeholders.
- Financial control through consistent reserve and other financial transaction discipline.
- Accurate and consistent policy interpretation.
