Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of claims handlers to ensure efficient and effective claim resolution.
- Handle and manage litigation and direct settlement cases, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement training programs for the Claims Team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Degree holder with professional qualifications such as ANZIIF/ACII.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims, preferably in EC and casualty cases; supervisory and management experience is required.
- Possess relevant legal knowledge, which will be an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluency in Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong career-minded individual with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
