The job

Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal claims of Motor, Employees' Compensation, Public liability insurance independently
  • Negotiate with Claimant's solicitors directly to achieve pre-action settlement
  • Handle claims-related enquiries and provide claims service to clients

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in handling legal claims (experience working in law firms is also welcomed)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
