Senior Manager, HNW Sales Strategy for Brokerage

This position focuses on expanding our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) business by engaging with the International Brokerage sector, which is a vital strategic priority for Prudential. You will spearhead the HNW sales efforts within the brokerage channel, particularly targeting international brokers and banking partners to uncover growth opportunities. Additionally, you will enhance the performance of HNW brokers and increase market share through effective sales development strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive HNW sales within the brokerage channel, specifically targeting International Brokers and Bank Brokers, while achieving established sales objectives.
- Assist brokers in identifying business opportunities by offering expert advice on inquiries and conducting training sessions focused on HNW business.
- Forge new business relationships through contract negotiations and nurture existing partnerships with brokers and external entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal and Compliance, Product Development, Marketing, and Life Operations.
- Formulate sales plans and marketing strategies to motivate brokers in promoting our brand and products, thereby enhancing sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience with a strong emphasis on the HNW segment.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance company and/or banking operations and culture.
- Experience in front-line life insurance sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in HNW business and its target clientele.
- Proven track record and strong reputation in the international broker and/or private banking insurance sector.
- Adept at identifying and addressing the needs of business partners, with a broad network to connect with senior management.
- Expertise in products and market trends, developing long-term solutions to enhance HNW business.
- Highly motivated with a global perspective, demonstrating trust and integrity.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
