About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Brokerage to join our team at Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our brokerage channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a successful IFA/local broker distribution strategy to achieve desired growth and sustainable long-term profitability in the brokerage channel.
  • Lead the sales team to develop and execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts and deliver top-line revenue growth as defined by the Company sales plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IFA and local brokers, driving new business development and expanding the brokerage channel.
  • Develop and conduct tailored training and provide excellent sales support and product expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a competitive sales platform and stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory requirements.
