About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Brokerage to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful IFA/local broker distribution strategy to drive growth and profitability in the brokerage channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to expand the brokerage channel and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IFA and local brokers to drive new business development and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to develop and execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory requirements to ensure a high standard of internal control and compliance.
