This role is a key part of our strategy to penetrate the Ultra HNW business by tapping into the International Broker segment. You'll lead the HNW sales in the brokerage channel, especially in international brokers and bank brokers, to identify business growth opportunities. You'll also optimize HNW brokers' performance and market penetrations by implementing sales development strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and lead HNW business sales in the brokerage channel, especially in International Brokers and Bank Brokers segment, and achieve sales targets.
  • Support brokers to identify business opportunities by providing professional advisory services and conducting training on HNW business.
  • Establish new business relationships with contract negotiation and continue to grow robust partnerships with existing brokers and other outside entities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, Product, Marketing, and Life Operations teams.
  • Develop sales plans, key marketing strategies, and initiatives to motivate brokers in promoting our brand and products to further grow sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience with a focus on HNW segment.
  • Good understanding of insurance company and/or bank operations and culture.
  • Life insurance front-line sales experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of HNW business and its target customers.
  • Proven record with a sound reputation in serving in the international broker and/or private bank insurance sector.
  • Able to identify and uncover the needs of business partners, with an extensive network to connect senior management of business partners.
  • Be an expert on products and market trends/development, and build long-term solutions to strengthen HNW business.
  • Highly motivated with a global perspective, trust, and integrity.
  • Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
