Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Chubb Life. As a key member of our HNW Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of HNW Business Development to develop and implement business strategies that drive top-line growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with international and bank brokerage partners to enhance our market presence.
- Coach and motivate brokerage partners to enhance and accelerate sales of insurance products, focusing on whole life protection and premium financing.
- Collaborate with business partners to execute product, marketing, and sales strategies that maximize revenue and achieve business results.
- Conduct product and sales skill training to ensure brokerage partners have the necessary expertise to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients and international brokers to drive business growth.
- Ensure all business activities are aligned with Chubb Life's overall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in sales, business development, and training, preferably in the HNW market.
- Familiarity with whole life protection and premium financing products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Fluent in English language (writing and verbal), Mandarin, and Cantonese.
