Job Description
The Team Lead, Liabilities, SME Banking role is a critical position within our Corporate Banking team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for soliciting a substantial deposit portfolio by identifying customer needs and providing tailored banking solutions. Your expertise in building relationships with high net worth corporate clients and driving business growth will be essential in meeting our company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • To follow the bank's strategy and business plans to acquire new deposit customers
  • To conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase deposit portfolio
  • To work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions to customers
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in Business related discipline with minimum 3 years' relevant experience in corporate banking
  • Proven track record of building deposit portfolio and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
