As the Front Office Operations Manager at Chinachem Group, you will oversee the daily operation of the Front Desk, Guest Engagement, Service Call Centre, Concierge, and Valet Parking.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the quality service delivered by frontline employees exceeds guest satisfaction.
  • Enhance guest experience and engagement to build long-term relationships with hotel guests.
  • Maximize on-day rooms' revenue by achieving higher occupancy and/or average daily rates.
  • Effective people management through coaching and leading as a role model.
  • Effective handling of crisis situations.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience in medium-to-large scale hotel operations, with at least 5 years in the same capacity.

  • A university graduate in Hotel Management is required.
  • An innovative leader who can drive changes and apply new ways for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
