  • Manage and nurture relationships with key bank accounts to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with bank leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that drive bancassurance product sales.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional service to bank partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bancassurance or insurance partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and their application.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
