Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, you'll identify and reach out to potential clients, manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, and achieve assigned sales targets.
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field. You should be proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and have a proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes.
You'll support revenue growth by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product & Engineering.
