About the Incubation Business:
The Incubation Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and success by identifying, evaluating, and nurturing potential clients. This involves building strategic partnerships and enhancing the overall value proposition of incubation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify high-growth potential clients across various industries, engage with them to understand their business models and growth plans, and provide detailed information about incubation products/services.
- Account Management: Manage client relationships, communicate regularly with startup founders, and ensure their needs are met. Conduct periodic reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners to bring in additional resources, expertise, and funding opportunities. Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business models and growth strategies, with the ability to assess revenue opportunities.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms, along with experience in client relationship management and account-based selling.
