About the Role
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and colleagues on Employee Benefits and related topics.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Employee Benefits or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
