Job Summary: As a customer relationship specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and large banking/insurance or fintech companies in HK or Singapore, to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Data, IT, and AI solutions for financial industries. You will collaborate with internal and client teams to understand their needs, deliver scalable solutions, and support the integration of advanced technologies to drive business transformation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders at major banking clients to understand their business requirements related to data management, IT systems, and AI-powered solutions.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution feasibility.
- Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design tailored solutions that leverage advanced AI, data analytics, and IT technologies to meet client needs.
- Develop project proposals, technical documentation, and prototypes.
- Project Management & Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and AI projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Work with engineering teams to oversee system integration, data migration, and deployment.
- Technical Expertise & Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on cloud platforms, big data technologies, AI frameworks, and financial IT systems.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and banking industry regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a key contact point for both internal teams and clients during solution delivery.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates on project milestones and risks.
- Customer Success/Post-Implementation Support:
- Offer ongoing support to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose system enhancements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in IT solutioning, data analytics, or AI development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience working with large banking clients such as HSBC, OCBC, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools.
- Familiarity with IT system architectures and API integration.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Azure Data Engineer, etc.).
