Job Responsibilities- Provide daily clerical support to Sales Team
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Handle overseas customers’ orders and prepare necessary related documents independently
- Liaise with the logistics team on delivery arrangements, including monitoring delivery schedules and stock balance
- Prepare all marketing material including promotion tent cards, lightboxes, and training manuals
- Prepare planograms and merchandising materials
- Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales
- Perform data entry duties regarding sales figures (sell-in and sell-out) and other key data
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma holder or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of sales support experience is preferred
- Proficient in both Cantonese and English, including word processing skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
